Home / Listing agreement
Effective 19 September 2026.
This agreement is between Premium Analysis Services LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Wine Taster’s Handbook (“we”, “us”), and the business claiming or purchasing a listing (“you”, the winery).
Every tasting room in the regions we cover appears in the directory, whether or not it works with us. Claiming a listing does not create the listing, and cancelling a paid listing does not remove it. If you want a factual detail corrected, or a listing removed entirely, email us and we will act on it whether or not you are a customer.
To claim a listing you confirm that you are authorised by the winery to manage its public information. We verify claims by hand, usually against a business domain email address. We may refuse or revoke a claim if we cannot verify it.
A claimed listing is free. It lets you correct details, publish accurate hours, and see how your listing performs.
| Plan | What it includes | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Claimed | Correct your details, publish hours, see how your listing performs | Free |
| Featured | Everything in Claimed, plus your own written description, logo and photographs, events you manage, and inclusion in the data we publish to AI assistants | $100 per month, or $1,000 per year |
| Concierge | Everything in Featured, and we write and maintain it for you, including keeping your events current | $250 per month, or $2,500 per year |
Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at the rate shown. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
Launch offer. For our first participating wineries, the Featured plan is free for the first three months. We will contact you before the free period ends. If you continue, the founding rate is $50 per month or $500 per year, for as long as the listing stays active without a break. You may cancel at any time during the free period and you will not be charged.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each term until you cancel. We tell you the price, the billing period and the renewal terms before you pay, we send you a written confirmation with cancellation instructions after you pay, and we email you before a renewal, and before a free period converts to a paid one.
You can cancel at any time from your listing dashboard or by emailing hello@winetastershandbook.com. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your listing stays live to the end of the period you have paid for, then reverts to a free claimed listing. We do not prorate part months. If we raise the price we will tell you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.
We do not sell editorial coverage, rankings or reviews, and we do not charge for inclusion in the directory. Paid plans do not change the order in which wineries appear in search results or in the directory. Where payment affects whether a room is considered for a generated itinerary, we label the listing as featured on the page where it appears.
You keep ownership of the text, logos, photographs and event information you give us. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display, reproduce, adapt for format and distribute that content on the site, in generated itineraries and handbooks, in the data we publish through our API and to AI assistants, and in reasonable promotion of the site. The licence ends when you remove the content or your listing ends, except for copies already distributed, held in backups, or embedded in itineraries a visitor has already saved.
You represent that you own the content or have the right to give us this licence, that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights, that it is accurate and not misleading including any claim about certification, awards, organic or sustainable status, vintages or medals, and that any person identifiable in a photograph has consented to its use.
You will indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from content you provide or from a breach of these representations. This is the clause that matters most to both of us. We publish what you give us, so we need you to stand behind it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your claimed listing. We may edit for length, format and house style, and we may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or that makes a regulated claim you cannot substantiate. If we write copy for you under the Concierge plan, you approve it before publication and you are responsible for it once approved.
We show you counts of how your listing performs: views, saves, and additions to planned trips. These are aggregate figures only. We never tell you who a visitor is, and we do not report figures derived from fewer than five people. We make no promise about traffic, visits, bookings, sales or any other result.
We are not a licensee. We do not sell, offer, ship or deliver alcohol, we do not take orders or reservations, and we do not receive any commission on your sales. We publish information about your business and we sell listing services. Nothing in this agreement is intended to create any arrangement prohibited by the California Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, and if any part of it would, that part does not apply.
This agreement runs for as long as your listing is claimed or paid. Either of us may end it at any time on notice. We may suspend or remove a claimed or paid listing, refunding any unused prepaid period, if you breach this agreement, if we cannot verify your authority, or if the business closes. Your free directory listing continues either way, because the directory covers every room in the region.
We provide the service as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim under this agreement will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits your indemnity under section 6.
This agreement is governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS, seated in San Luis Obispo County, California, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Neither of us may bring a class or representative claim. This agreement is the whole agreement about your listing and replaces anything said before it. If a term is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
